Isabella Rose

Isabella Rose is a yoga teacher, energy work practitioner, herbalist, ceremonial guide, and intuitive movement facilitator devoted to creating spaces for connection, self-introspection, and remembrance. Through years of holding community circles, movement practices, dance gatherings, co-hosting retreats, ceremonies, and other heart-led experiences, her path has become a weaving of intuitive movement, ritual, intentional, nature devotion, and energetic healing rooted in the wisdom of the body and the Earth. Her offerings invite people to soften into authenticity, move what has been held, reconnect to love, and return to themselves through presence, intuition , expression, and flow state.

Inspired by the elements, the chakras, and the innate rhythms of nature, Isabella guides others back to the knowing that their truth, wisdom, and healing already live within them. She believes movement, breath, plant allies, and sacred tools are here to support us in transmuting energy, opening the heart, and deepening connection to ourselves and the world around us. Her presence is grounding, playful, and ethereal, inviting others to move freely, empower themselves fully, and reconnect with their inner light, magick, and path here on Earth.

Rochelle Lynn

Hello my name is Rochelle and I am 200 hour certified in Ayurvedic Yoga. Meaning AYUR- the science and VEDA – of life. I have been leading classes for over 2 years, and practicing on my own for 14 years. I curate my classes based on the current environment. (Season, weather, time of day) My classes incorporate breath work, movement and spiritual philosophy giving you a well rounded practice and tools that you can take off of your mat and into the everyday realities of life. While I lead you on this journey my request is that you honor your body and take from practice what you truly need. Yoga is like medicine and if we take the same medicine everyday we will eventually become immune. All the light and love. Namaste.

Jamie Cook

Jamie Cook is a 500-hour RYT who has been dedicated to yoga since 2005. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to help students build strength and flexibility while developing a deeper connection between breath and body. With extensive training in functional movement, somatics, and specialized pelvic floor yoga, Jamie takes a holistic approach to wellness, creating practices that nurture the whole body. She is excited to bring her experience and passion to The Hot House and looks forward to connecting through the practice of yoga.

Anita Monica

Anita took her first yoga class in 2008 and slowly found herself deeply committed to the practice by 2015.

She found her yoga roots at Dharma Yoga Syracuse in Liverpool, NY while she attended college at SUNY ESF. She soon explored the idea of a home yoga practice that resonated deeply and became a guiding light in her life.

She eventually trained to be a certified 200hr RYT with a non-profit, YA certified, Trauma-Informed program in CNY.

Anita took special interest in trauma-informed spaces and continued to study this form of yoga practice. She is also deeply moved by challenging yoga asanas, so will often work with inversions, as well as flexibility and mobility focused flows. You can expect her Hatha/Vinyasa classes to have all of these elements, tying together juicy, challenging movement with softness and surrender.

She continues to learn and grow within the Path of Practice on and off the mat today.

Sue Montminy

I have called Syracuse home for over 30 years and am blessed with a wonderful husband and two sons serving in the military. With over 28 years in the fitness industry, I’ve had the joy of teaching a variety of classes, and my heart now lies with yoga, Pilates, and barre.

I love connecting with new people and creating a welcoming community where everyone feels supported and encouraged to grow. My classes are designed with you in mind, allowing you to move, practice, and progress at your own pace. I believe we each have our own unique path in life, and when we surround ourselves with like-minded people, we create a space where we can thrive together in strength, balance, and wellness.
